This is a very unexciting, short post. well, sort of unexciting…I’m down 8.5 pounds! Stoked! I’m so close to hitting my first 10 pounds lost! I’ve been focusing on eating balanced, good for you meals. I’ve had a few cheats, but I haven’t been starved, and have been a couple hundred under my calorie goal most days. I’m still walking 2-3 times a week, and logging my food daily! yay!
